Feet need some love too!
Tired and achy feet? Try giving them some love with an Epsom salt foot soak!! A hot water bath/foot soak can help alleviate headaches, cramps, stress, joint aches, organ health and soothe dry skin. Dissolve 1 cup of Epsom salt in a tub or basin of warm/hot water and soak for up to 20 mins… for an added touch drop in some essential oils for an amazing aromatherapy treatment! Your feet and body will thank you !!
